Shannon is a casting director at Nickelodeon Animation Studios, where her CURRENT projects include: SpongeBob SquarePants, The Fairly Odd Parents, Harvey Beaks, and The Loud House.

Seriously! 

In 2013 Shannon was awarded the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Casting for an Animated Series or Special for her work on The Legend of Korra, and was nominated a second time in 2015. 

As a Graduate of Ball State University, Shannon began her entertainment career working in reality TV, where she worked on shows for Fox and CBS.  She eventually segued into the world of animation and has been working at Nickelodeon for the past twelve years, where she has worked on such projects as: The Legend of Korra, The Mighty B! (with Amy Poehler), Winx Club, T.U.F.F. Puppy, Blaze, The Monster Machines…(take a deep breath and continue) - Shimmer and Shine, Planet Sheen,AND (!!) casting the pilots for Penguins of Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness, and Robot and Monster.
