Martha Mayakis – a casting veteran of The Voicecaster and TalkShop in Los Angeles, before going freelance, has cast and personally directed thousands of projects, including commercials, from Pepsi, Skechers, & Honda spots to animation and game projects: Cars 3, Spec Ops, Prison Break, Lord of the Rings... as well as anything else that involves a voice. As a teacher, she’s coached and nurtured the careers of hundreds of actors, many of whom have gone on to their own successful careers. Known by novices, veteran talent, and celebrities for her straightforward approach and insightful direction – she continues her passion to spark upcoming talent into getting to the heart of the work, the pursuit of excellence, and having fun in the process.
