If you’re a Working Pro and can’t come to LA to to spar in person, Virtual Fight Club is for you. It’s the same opportunity to meet and impress experienced industry Decision Makers, without the wine & cheese.
Mark Pinsker, of DG Entertainment enjoyed his first Fight Club so much, he wants to meet the rest of the country. This is a great opportunity!
DG Entertainment is an award winning creative agency, making promos and trailers for everything from Feature Films to internet channels to TV programs aimed at all audiences. Mark Pinsker is the Executive Producer & Head of Production and Special Projects. Mark is looking for new voices - both Union and non-union! Make sure he hears yours!
DG Entertainment pride themselves in being on the leading edge of innovative ways to market movies; TV shows; and video games… so many shows I don’t know where to begin! Mark manages creative content development, live action & stage shoots, motion graphics, writing and sound post - in other words, he’s across it all.
Before joining DGE, Mark was the Managing Partner of THINK© - a strategic branding, marketing and production company, where he worked with companies such as FX Networks, FOX Broadcasting, ABC Cable Networks, Disney, Bandai America, ESPN, NBC Productions, Wal-Mart, Earthlink, PBS and Warner Bros to help them build their brand recognition, and before that, he was the Senior Vice President of Production for Fox Family Worldwide.
Mark has over 20 years of experience in development and marketing: he knows his promos, he knows the networks, and he’s looking for upcoming talent.

FIRST RULE OF VIRTUAL FIGHT CLUB: It is for seriously working pros ONLY (demo, well repped and booking). The caliber is high so we all get the best out of each other and for the kick ass Decision Makers that come to join us. Serious up and comers who do not yet qualify can grab a seat to AUDIT, which is a great way to meet people and learn lots. (see below)
SECOND RULE OF VIRTUAL FIGHT CLUB: It is a fiercely friendly face off that turns the audition process transparent form both sides of the glass. We meet each other, we meet the Decision Makers and then come together to deconstruct what happens when you send in an audition… each player does two takes with minimum notes…after everyone has read, the decision makers give each player individual feedback and then indicate who would have been put in the A pile or gotten a call back. Then everyone goes in to do another round of one-on-one adjustments. The decision makers then choose who they would “hire” and explain why. Then all talk shop and ask about things we don’t get to when we are in a session.
THIRD RULE OF VIRTUAL FIGHT CLUB: Since we are virtual, shirts are required, but pants are optional. If you want to set up in your booth, that is great. But just on your laptop is fine and dandy as well.
